At KAILURE, we take pride in delivering premium quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Returns & Exchanges (Within Pakistan)

Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
2. International Returns & Exchanges
- For orders shipped outside Pakistan, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- All international return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for international returns.
3. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at wecare@kailure.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts)
- Customized or made-to-measure products
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- If payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store discount.
