• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

• We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan via reputable courier services.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges:
• We are providing free delivery within Pakistan. There will be no shipping charges.

3. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide through trusted international courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or similar.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination and customs clearance).
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or upon direct confirmation from one of our representatives based on the destination country and package weight.
• Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. KAILURE is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order status.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

5. Delivery Delays

• While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or customs checks. We will keep you updated in such cases.
